This homemade ranch dressing is creamy, tangy and packed with garlic and herbs. Whether you use it as a dip for chicken wings, drizzle it over salads or spread it into wraps and sandwiches, it's an easy homemade sauce that's full of flavour and ready in minutes.  

The most versatile of condiments...enjoy in whichever way 'you eat yours'!!

Tips

  • Optional variations: 
    • Spicy ranch dressing - add a sprinkle of chilli flakes. 
    • Greek yogurt ranch - swap the soured cream for Greek yogurt. 
    • Buttermilk ranch - swap the soured cream for buttermilk, 
  • This ranch dressing recipe is easily adapted if you're cooking for less or more people.

How to make this Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

  • 100g light mayonnaise (I like Heinz) 
  • 100g soured cream 
  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar 
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder 
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 
  • 0.5 tsp dried dill 
  • 0.5 tsp dried parsley 
  • salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste 

Instructions

  1. Use a whisk to combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, then transfer the dressing to an airtight container.  For best results, make ahead (2 to 4 hours) and keep it in the fridge before transferring to a serving dish.
