- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- a pinch of sugar
- salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Use a whisk or spatula to combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl, then transfer the dip to an airtight container. For best results, make ahead (at least 4 hours or overnight) and keep it in the fridge before transferring to a serving dish.
