- 350 g (12.3 oz) baby potatoes sliced in halves, lengthways
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp dried thyme
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Toss the halved baby potatoes in a bowl with the oil, thyme, salt, pepper. Mix well to coat.
