- a pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6.
- Put the sweet potatoes into a large bowl, drizzle with oil then add the paprika and salt and toss together to combine well.
- Transfer the seasoned wedges to a baking tray and spread out in a single layer. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden and crisp, turning halfway through.
